Job Title: LPN - Nursing Professional

Fulton Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Gloversville, NY. This is an immediate hire opportunity with a $5000 sign-on bonus.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in our rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of residents and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including temperature and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate dosing and patient safety.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting optimal healing and comfort.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance on patient care.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, communicating with colleagues and residents.
