Position Overview

As the Structural Engineering Section Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the operations of the production section, focusing on staff development, profitability, morale, quality assurance, and marketing support.
  • Possibly acting as an Assistant Project Manager, contributing to project production alongside management duties.
  • Managing administrative functions for section staff and technical services, while coordinating efforts with other sections.
  • Engaging in marketing strategies, proposal development, and client interviews.
  • Interacting directly with industrial and public clients regarding marketing, project execution, and related matters.
  • Ensuring that all tasks are systematically planned, organized, controlled, and assessed through a proactive project management approach.
  • Implementing, monitoring, and supporting company policies.
  • Facilitating the selection, training, development, and management of technical staff.
  • Collaborating with National Directors and marketing personnel on local and national marketing and production initiatives.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience with REVIT software.
  • Design expertise in water containment structures.
  • Familiarity with Federal design standards.
