Position Overview:


We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Engineer with a focus on structural design. This role entails the responsibility of executing the structural engineering for our glass systems and managing projects through various stages, including approval, manufacturing, and installation.


Compensation Package:
Up to $125,000, with eligibility for overtime compensation.

  • This position requires in-person attendance. Relocation assistance is available, with $5,000 for in-state moves and $10,000 for out-of-state relocations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the structural design of facade systems, ideally with a focus on metal-framed glazed systems.
  • Proficient understanding of material design codes, including AISC and the Aluminum Design Manual (ADM).
  • Familiarity with building codes such as the International Building Code (IBC) and ASCE 7.
  • Experience with 3D frame analysis software, including but not limited to SAP2000, STAAD, and RISA-3D.
  • Proficient in finite element analysis software for modeling shells and solids, such as Strand7, MEPLA, Abaqus, and ANSYS.
