$100,000+

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, processing teams, and underwriting professionals to facilitate seamless transactions while managing all client interactions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of loans in accordance with our operational standards.
  • Develop and nurture relationships through networking and outreach with financial institutions, real estate professionals, builders, and local communities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the precise and timely preparation of all necessary documentation from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Advise borrowers on the advantages and disadvantages of various loan products to help them make informed decisions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in loan origination software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, along with a strong command of Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • Must adhere to lending regulations and bank underwriting standards.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
  • A minimum of several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is essential.
