Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our team as Team Van Truckload drivers. As a Team Van Truckload driver, you will be part of a dynamic duo that delivers goods across the country. With our Team Pet Policy, you can bring your furry friends along for the ride.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Earn up to $1,630 weekly, with a guaranteed minimum of $1,340 per week.
  • Take advantage of our holiday pay incentives, up to $2,100, while working November 2024-December 2024.
  • Enjoy mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Receive weekly paychecks and weekly performance pay.
  • Get a $2,500 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers, or a $1,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
  • Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year in our annual bonus program.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
