Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to join our team at 3 Lions Logistics. As a Regional CDL A Driver, you will be responsible for operating a 53ft reefer/dry van between CT and MA/NH/ME, ensuring timely and safe delivery of loads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre- and post-trip safety inspections, including a 14-point check and trailer inspection as needed.
  • Pick up and deliver loads throughout MA, NH, and ME, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Shuttle loads from our terminal in Hartford, CT to our terminal in Methuen, MA.
  • Maintain accurate hours of service using our company's ELD system.
  • Process and maintain dispatch documentation and manifests neatly and accurately.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of incident-free commercial driving experience.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • Registration with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
  • Ability to comply with company policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug and/or alcohol tests.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • TWIC Card.
  • OSHA Card.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Mix of drop & hook and live loading.
  • Sunday through to Thursday/Friday night shift.
  • 1099 independent contractor.
  • $1,000.00 to $1,000.00 per day, depending on days worked.
