About the Role: As a Leasing Specialist, you will experience a vibrant workday filled with varied interactions and opportunities to enhance your expertise. Your duties will encompass reviewing and processing rental applications, lease documents, and reports. You will also conduct follow-up communications and maintain thorough documentation of all prospective tenants. Furthermore, you will enter traffic, leasing, and application data into the computer system daily. Periodic market analysis to evaluate the property's competitive position will also be part of your responsibilities, along with assisting in organizing monthly resident events. Ultimately, you will qualify, showcase, and lease apartments in accordance with Fair Housing Regulations.
Compensation: Starting at $17/Hour
Availability: Weekends Required
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in computer software applications and the MS Office suite
- Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
