Job Title: Operations Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Account Manager to join our team at Authority Brands. As an Operations Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying revenue opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing client portfolio and other channels
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage through to completion
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure effective negotiation of net new business
  • Communicate with other account managers and team members to support overall company goals
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct/inside sales experience
  • 2+ years B2B phone sales experience required
  • Direct HubSpot experience preferred
  • Strong Excel skills preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed quota
  • Proven ability to manage leads, manage a pipeline, and to forecast
