Role Location: Various Elementary Schools

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a dedicated team of Guides, ensuring an exciting and enriching experience for our student Explorers across various activities including fitness, arts, and technology.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the Leadership Team to manage all operational aspects of the program site.
  • Train Guides to lead engaging activities that spark children's curiosity and creativity.
  • Foster an environment that encourages the development of clubs and activities based on students' interests and talents.
  • Create a nurturing, family-oriented atmosphere that promotes positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school community.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or CDA in education is required.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate program needs.
  • Successful completion of a background check as mandated by state childcare regulations.
  • Proof of relevant experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.
