Deliver Advanced Medical Care

As a Musculoskeletal Care Specialist, you will provide the most advanced medical care to Soldiers in need of musculoskeletal care. You will gain surgical experience and pioneer new treatments, from bionic prosthetics to bone and tissue regeneration, while working and learning alongside the U.S. Army Medical Department's leading personnel.

Leadership Opportunities

If selected for this position, you will be commissioned into the U.S. Army in the rank of Captain to Lieutenant Colonel based on your experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Military pay works differently than civilian pay, so we have included the following incentives to help explain your salary. Add the following incentives to a Captain's pay salary to come to the amount of $412,000 a year starting. This amount is not including the $120,000 in student loan repayment that this position also qualifies for.

  1. $600,000 sign on bonus (4-yr contract)
  2. $59,000 yearly Incentive Pay bonus
  3. $95,000 yearly Retention Bonus
  4. $8,000 yearly Board Certification Pay
  5. $120,000 Student loan repayment
  6. Free Health care for member and family
  7. Free Dental insurance for member, and low-cost dental insurance for family.
