We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Worker to join our Financial Aid Services team at the University of St. Francis. As a Student Worker, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to students and families, assisting with various tasks related to financial aid and student services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to student and family inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information and support.
  • Process incoming mail and assist with completing FAFSA applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to walk-in students, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
  • Work reports as required, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Financial Aid Services team.

Requirements

  • Current or registered USF students in good academic standing.
  • Federal Work-Study (FWS) eligible.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Spanish speaking (preferred).

Working Conditions

This is a grant-funded position, and the hours and pay rate are as follows:

Hourly: $15.00
Hours/Week: 10
