Job Description

As an Automotive Sales Representative at Grayson Hyundai Subaru, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with our existing customer base. Your primary objective will be to help them take advantage of our trade-up program, which allows them to upgrade to a newer model using our innovative program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Understand and meet the needs of clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize basic computer skills to effectively communicate with clients via phone, internet, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethics in all interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and knowledge of marketing principles.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in internet-based customer sales is preferred.
  • Ability to listen and learn from feedback.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, drug testing, and a valid driver's license.
