- Receives and unpacks incoming deliveries of raw materials and supplies essential for production, ensuring proper placement within the warehouse or production area.

- Utilizes an RF scanner to accurately track and verify multiple orders and quantities of products being moved.
- Organizes products in bins, pallets, shelves, or racks according to identification information such as item number, size, or type.
- Transports materials, supplies, and finished goods in and out of production areas using appropriate equipment.
- Performs adjustments or repairs on products or materials in stock as necessary.
- Establishes effective storage methods, identification, and stock locations, taking into account factors such as temperature, humidity, and space requirements.
- Provides training to employees on fundamental manufacturing processes within the department.
- Actively engages in root cause analysis and participates in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for enhancements.
- Completes all required documentation accurately and truthfully.
- Adheres to safety protocols, GMP standards, and SOPs/WIs relevant to the work area.
Promotes a culture of safety in production and demonstrates safe work practices. Actively participates in safety programs and provides constructive feedback on safety performance. Reports all workplace incidents to the supervisor immediately and communicates any concerns or hazards. Properly utilizes and maintains Personal Protective Equipment as required. Engages in safety teams and activities as part of regular job responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience operating powered pallet jacks and/or Interthor stackers is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing GMP environment, particularly in food or pharmaceuticals, is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet quality, safety, and efficiency objectives. Strong problem-solving skills are required. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills and effective communication abilities are essential, along with a keen attention to detail. Ability to train others on basic manufacturing processes.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Proficient in reading and understanding instructions, correspondence, and safety manuals. Capable of accurately completing production paperwork and presenting information in small group settings.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. Strong problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Basic computer and data entry skills are required.
- Certification to operate powered pallet jacks and Interthor stackers is necessary.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

- Push and pull with a force of 42 lbs. at a height of 36 inches.

- Grasp with a force of 60 lbs.
- Move pallets, lifting up to 38 lbs. from 5 inches to 36 inches.
