Associate Director of School Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of School Operations to join our team at Werner Enterprises. As a key member of our school operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Vice President - School Operations with the administration of all facets of school operations, including management of personnel and implementation of policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Vice President - School Operations with the administration of all facets of school operations, including management of personnel and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Engage in hiring, training, counseling, reassignment, promotion, and termination of company associates as applicable.
- Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of all departments within the organization, including admissions, school administration, and training.
- Assist with training and onboarding new company associates across all positions within the assigned school group.
- Evaluate associates during the onboarding process and on an ongoing basis, making reports, recommendations, and proposing action plans to the Vice President - School Operations.
- Provide school managers with feedback and support in various areas as needed.
- Review and approve training pads and road training routes at assigned school locations in conjunction with the Vice President - School Operations.
- Receive, review, and evaluate all daily student roll calls at all assigned school locations to ensure efficient and compliant operation of the school.
- Audit various operational areas of various school locations, including administration and training.
- Compile reports and make presentations regarding ongoing operations.
- Supervise and manage school groups and/or specific staff positions of 15 persons or more, as assigned.
- Monitor overall financial performance of school groups and make recommendations to the Vice President - School Operations to increase revenue and/or reduce operating expenses.
- Travel to assigned school network locations as required and provide direct management of operations as needed.
- Honesty, objectivity, truthfulness, integrity, and high ethical standards.
- Understanding of the confidential nature of information with regard to all company activities, including policies, applicant data, student data, financial data, and accreditation and licensing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality even after separation from the company.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable work attendance.
