A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Managing project workflows within the company's ERP system, including invoicing and collections for assigned projects.
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure timely entry of project data into the ERP system.
  • Overseeing project documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supporting revenue forecasts through diligent management of transaction records.
  • Uploading project documentation and facilitating client submissions as necessary.
  • Processing client purchase orders for awarded projects.
  • Coordinating with logistics to prepare and finalize invoices.
  • Verifying invoice accuracy and resolving discrepancies prior to submission.
  • Reviewing time entries and expenses for time and materials projects, generating draft invoices for review.
  • Following up with clients to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Preparing requests for credit memos as needed.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and supporting team objectives.
  • Performing general administrative duties, including answering inquiries and managing correspondence.
  • Assisting with document editing and proofreading.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Ensuring confidentiality in all aspects of work.
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
