Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal property condition
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
