Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with expertise in employee benefits and compensation administration.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the main contact for employee benefit inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to meet their needs.
  • Manage various benefits plans and programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan, guaranteeing compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Counsel new employees on benefit programs, conduct thorough new staff orientation sessions, and provide ongoing guidance on company policies and federal laws.
  • Administer the Family and Medical Leave process efficiently, ensuring seamless support for employees during challenging times.
  • Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly, maintaining transparent financial records.
  • Assist with the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process, guaranteeing a smooth experience for employees.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage the Employee Wellness program and benefits-related audits, fostering a culture of well-being within the organization.
  • Oversee year-end processes for benefits, compensation, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
