As a Compensation Specialist at North Bridge Staffing Group, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing competitive compensation structures that align with our organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with expertise in salary benchmarking, pay equity, and base pay administration. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with minimum 3 years' experience in compensation analysis.

Responsibilities include conducting salary benchmarking, market pricing, and pay equity assessments, as well as designing and maintaining wage structures, incentives, and reward programs in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

This role also involves performing job evaluations across all levels, supporting the annual compensation benchmarking cycle, and leading the annual merit increase process.

You will collaborate with leadership to develop and administer reward and recognition programs that align with company goals, while staying informed on compensation-related laws, regulations, and prevailing industry practices.

A comprehensive benefits package is included, with a salary range of $105,000 - $115,000 per year.
