- In-depth understanding of medical claims benefits processing.
- Thorough knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing benefits.
Additional Required Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficient in creating clear and concise documentation accessible to individuals without specialized knowledge.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).

- Ability to follow directions and work independently or collaboratively as needed.
- Experience with NASCO 3270 Mainframe.
- Familiarity with identifying and implementing Medical Policy on NPS.

- Working knowledge of SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Medical Billing/Coding certification.
