Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond to all inquiries via email, phone, and fax
  • Follow up on initial contacts
  • Maintain records of orders and accounts
  • Meet predetermined metrics and goals
  • Collaborate with other customer service agents for reporting
  • Assist customers with product purchases and usage
  • Maintain and update customer records
