Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our project teams in Vermont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of field work and project safety.
About PC Construction
- We offer general contracting, construction management, and design-build services to private and public clients across the country.
- We have a network of locations in Florida, Georgia, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, and the Mid-Atlantic.
You will be responsible for:
- Scheduling activities and identifying required resources to maintain a successful schedule.
- Developing and implementing site logistics plans.
- Coordinating construction activities, shutdowns, testing, and inspections.
- Leading equipment use and maintenance coordination.
- Managing relations with subcontractors, vendors, and owners.
- Developing project safety plans and initiatives.
- Participating in project budget and cost control measures.
- Contributing to project start-up and close-out efforts.
- Managing quality assurance, including inspection and punch list items.
- Mentoring and coaching direct reports.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in construction management or civil engineering.
- Five years' experience successfully supervising employees and subcontractors on a construction site.
- Safety-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
