About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Operations Lead to oversee our projects in Vermont. As a key leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of field work and project safety.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling activities and identifying required resources to maintain a successful schedule.
  • Developing and implementing site logistics plans.
  • Coordinating construction activities, shutdowns, testing, and inspections.
  • Leading equipment use and maintenance coordination.
  • Managing relations with subcontractors, vendors, and owners.
  • Developing project safety plans and initiatives.
  • Participating in project budget and cost control measures.
  • Contributing to project start-up and close-out efforts.
  • Managing quality assurance, including inspection and punch list items.
  • Mentoring and coaching direct reports.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in construction management or civil engineering.
  • Five years' experience successfully supervising employees and subcontractors on a construction site.
  • Safety-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year
