Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver extensive support to guarantee program compliance and system efficiency.
  • Assist Hiring Managers in crafting job postings.
  • Leverage VMS to ensure the accuracy of information.
  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires, including orientation and necessary support.
  • Oversee job posting approvals and escalate any arising issues.
  • Verify the accuracy of job postings before distribution to suppliers.
  • Communicate and support customer-specific initiatives to secondary suppliers.
  • Maintain system dashboards and ensure adherence to program SLAs.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and relay assignment details to suppliers.
  • Monitor and extend work orders within VMS.
  • Address supplier inquiries effectively.
  • Manage all aspects related to time entry and approval.
  • Ensure compliance with client procurement policies and procedures.
  • Track attendance and promptly inform the client of any callouts at assigned locations, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Foster sustainable relationships and trust with clients and contingent workers through open and interactive communication.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong aptitude for building professional relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and professional skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment, managing a high volume of assignments.
  • Prior experience in a customer support role or staffing industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with VMS systems is advantageous (e.g., Fieldglass, Peoplefluent).
