This role involves servicing client requests and questions, providing prompt and efficient service, and assisting in the retention of existing accounts and quoting new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing inbound calls, emails, and daily tasks
  • Determining acceptability and placement of coverage
  • Responding to requests for certificates of insurance or auto ID cards
  • Maintaining a focus on timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients and carrier personnel to minimize errors and omissions claims
  • Utilizing an electronic filing manager to ensure company compliance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • 1-3 years Commercial Insurance experience
  • P&C license preferred
