Commercial Insurance Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with promptness and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on servicing client requests and questions, providing high-quality service, and assisting in the retention of existing accounts and quoting new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing inbound calls, emails, and daily tasks with a focus on timeliness and completeness.
- Determining the acceptability and placement of coverage to minimize errors and omissions claims.
- Responding to requests for certificates of insurance or auto ID cards in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients and carrier personnel.
- Utilizing an electronic filing manager to ensure company compliance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 1-3 years of Commercial Insurance experience.
- P&C license preferred.
