About the Role

CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Distribution Center team as an Inventory Control and Quality Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to analyze and improve our supply chain processes, ensuring seamless delivery of products to our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and collaborate with internal partners to drive process improvements and cost savings
  • Assist with work streams on new processes, opportunities, and initiatives that deliver savings or service improvements
  • Gain experience within CVS Health Supply Chain and develop strong technical skills

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Transportation/Logistics, Business Operations Management, or Business Analytics
  • Anticipated graduation date between September 2025 and August 2026
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with teams

This is an in-person position at a CVS Distribution Center in Orlando, FL; Indianapolis, IN; or Lumberton, NJ. For this role, a one-time stipend may be provided to those who live more than 50 miles from the assigned work location.
