- Interact with hospital departments, medical staff, patients, and external requestors to retrieve and provide health information.
- Validate the consistency and accuracy of patient information within multiple databases.
- Protect the confidentiality, security, and privacy of protected health information.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and communicate in English.
- Prior experience in health information and/or RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) credentials and/or EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience.
