We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Bancroft. As a Senior BCBA, you will play a key leadership role in our Severe Behavior Treatment Program, providing direct supervision of clinical cases and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral services.
Responsibilities
As a Senior BCBA, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plans for clients with severe behavioral challenges.
- Supervising and mentoring behavior analysts and clinical specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Conducting admission screenings, admission evaluations, and intake assessments to ensure proper client placement.
- Completing submissions for funding sources and leading the clinical authorization process to ensure complete documentation and billing of services.
- Leading parent and caregiver training on effective implementation of treatment protocols.
- Conducting and presenting research to internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior.
- Prior experience in single-subject research is preferred.
