Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Health and Welfare Benefits Administration Services Analyst to join our team at Conduent HR Services, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, analyzing data, and evaluating benefit plans to ensure optimal administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Request and analyze data to support senior analysts and consultants in managing client accounts
  • Research compliance issues and evaluate benefit plans to contribute to client satisfaction
  • Participate in presentations and respond to client needs as appropriate
  • Manage specific H&I cyclical operation tasks for Active, COBRA, and Retiree populations
  • Oversee processes and serve as the point of contact for some file transmissions, user acceptance testing, and issue analysis
  • Collaborate with international team members to share knowledge, identify root causes, and resolve issues
  • Interact with clients and vendors to address inquiries and ensure smooth operations
  • Actively seek opportunities for process enhancement and automation to mitigate risk and improve efficiency
Requirements
  • Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Have experience in data analysis and process improvement
  • Be comfortable working with new technology and learning new skills as needed
  • Bachelors degree desired but not required
  • Two years of experience working within H&I administration and/or analysis and process improvement
  • Prior experience supporting a client with unions is helpful
