About the Role

This role involves providing support and assistance to individuals in their daily lives, including skills training in activities of daily living, creating opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and foster independence, and supporting them with medical, clinical, and financial needs.

As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to ensure that each individual receives the highest level of care and support. You will maintain accurate documentation according to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies, and collaborate with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
