Essential Experience:
- Ability to attract and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct detailed scope reviews with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project capacity and resource availability.
- Review and compare bids from subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and comprehensive scope of work.
- Prepare detailed proposal packages.
- Conduct plan and specification reviews, including quantity take-offs.
- Solicit, monitor, and compile subcontractor bids.
- Lead the project team and provide clear direction.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of project information files.
- Issue and oversee subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Manage the shop drawing and submittal processes.
- Oversee billing and payment collection for completed work.
- Demonstrate a proven history of maintaining excellent client relationships.
