Essential Skills:

  • Strong patient care abilities

  • Familiarity with Epic and patient access systems

  • Demonstrated professionalism and leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Competence in completing medical treatment documentation
  • Approachable demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Consistent ability to meet deadlines
