Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive ownership experience for customers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail automotive sales experience.
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment.
- Computer skills, customer-oriented, loves to sell cars, motivated self-starter.
- ADP/CDK experience a plus.
- Possess a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
