Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Pella Mid-Atlantic. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting our products to customers and achieving individual sales goals through assertive and compelling presentations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly earn trust and credibility with customers. You will also be skilled at relating to a variety of customers, balancing poise and integrity with a service mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present our products to customers and achieve individual sales goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Strive for a first-time close and plan for effective follow-up
  • Proactively seek out new referrals through customer relationship networking

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly earn trust and credibility with customers
  • Skilled at relating to a variety of customers
  • Able to negotiate, build value, and address objections towards closing a sale
