About the RoleThis HR Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic HR team at Jinko Solar U.S. Industries Inc. You will play a vital part in supporting our HR operations, including managing expatriate employees, coordinating with our headquarters in China, and overseeing L1 visa processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain open communication channels with Jinko Solar's HQ in China, guaranteeing all HR processes align with organizational objectives.
  • Support expatriate employees by assisting with onboarding, adaptation processes, and ongoing needs.
  • Oversee the processing of L1 visas, ensuring compliance and providing assistance to employees navigating visa procedures.
  • Coordinate interviews, support recruitment efforts, and manage schedules to ensure timely and efficient staffing.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives, contributing to employee growth and productivity.
  • Help implement and optimize HR systems to streamline processes, maintain accurate documentation, and improve workflow.
  • Collaborate with HQ COE to develop and implement initiatives that promote cultural alignment and engagement.
  • Prepare and submit all required HR reports to HQ on time, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating open communication across departments and between Jinko Solar US and HQ.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is strongly preferred to facilitate communication with headquarters.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
  • Familiarity with visa processes, particularly L1 visas, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Estimated SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.
