About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Syms Strategic Group, LLC (SSG) as a seasoned Software Asset Manager/SNOW specialist.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in software asset management and ServiceNow (SNOW) to support our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support proposal writing and oral presentation phases
  • Prioritize extensive knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Analyze software license inventories and provide proof of license ownership
  • Manage support documentation for software license management
  • Identify unused or underutilized software licenses
  • Examine existing software license populations and provide recommendations to management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in software asset management
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • CMS experience highly desired
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Syms Strategic Group, LLC offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
