We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- Provide detailed information about insurance policies, coverages, and eligibility
- Assist with claim submissions and billing clarification
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health Insurance license (willingness to obtain the other if needed)
- Sales experience in insurance industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
