Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Jensen Beach, FL. As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide evidence-based therapy to individuals with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals with autism in various settings, including homes, communities, and our centers
  • Teaching daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
  • Collecting, organizing, and summarizing unbiased data during sessions
  • Collaborating with clinical teams and participating in ongoing training
  • Implementing training and therapy sessions designed by BCBAs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients
  • A clean background and drug screenings, as well as a valid driving record
