Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Regional Security Coordinator in the Northampton area.

Compensation: £11.44 per hour.

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring availability for shifts that include days, nights, and weekends.

Important Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

A valid, clean UK driving license and personal transportation are essential.

Your Responsibilities

As a Regional Security Coordinator, you will travel to various sites, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming staff and visitors with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Enforcing security and safety protocols on-site.
  • Conducting searches as necessary.
  • Performing gatehouse responsibilities.
  • Patrolling the premises, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Addressing security incidents and completing relevant reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be over 18, possess strong communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual committed to providing a friendly and professional service. Proficiency in IT is also important.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is required. While prior security experience and an SIA license are advantageous, they are not mandatory, as we offer comprehensive SIA training.
