Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Services Financial Controller

About the Role

The Financial Controller is a key member of the Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Services leadership team, responsible for the overall financial administration of the facility. This includes general accounting, data processing, and financial reporting in accordance with facility and corporate policies, as well as applicable Federal and State regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the internal controls are adequate to safeguard the facility's assets.
  • Develop and implement financial systems to generate accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Monitor costs in all areas, particularly staffing as it relates to patient volume, to improve profitability.
  • Oversee the Business Office functions to ensure cash collection goals are met and net revenue is properly stated.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role in a healthcare setting, with a strong preference for behavioral health experience.
  • Minimum education requirement of a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven record of success in improving profitability by monitoring costs and overseeing Business Office functions.
