About the Role

We are a dynamic team in an international e-commerce company based in Hamburg, operating under the brand Aosom. With over ten years of experience, we have been selling a wide range of products to our satisfied customers, from A to Z.

As part of our strong growth, we are currently seeking a Junior Sales Manager B2B/Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team and contribute to the success story of Aosom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire B2B sales process from qualified lead to customer acquisition
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in all sales-related matters, handling inquiries and processing orders
  • Develop and process quotes, as well as manage orders
  • Identify and acquire new customers through targeted marketing activities, such as newsletters
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and foster a positive customer experience
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure growth and meet sales targets
  • Act as a liaison between sales and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • A completed apprenticeship as a retail salesman/woman or a degree in a business-related field (business administration, communication science)
