Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
  • Manage vehicle check-ins and generate digital incident reports.
  • Safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
  • Utilize various cleaning equipment to meet assigned standards for vehicle cleanliness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed.
  • Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Consistently meet processing and standardization benchmarks.
  • Oversee labor management and scheduling while maintaining regular communication with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred prior experience in automotive washing or detailing.
  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience is required.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and bend while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and ownership.
  • Must meet specific insurance requirements, including:
    • Minimum age of 18 years.
    • At least one year of experience in similar job responsibilities.
    • Prior driving experience with various vehicle types (trucks, vans, cars).
    • A current and valid driver's license with no moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
    • Authorization to work in the United States.
    • Reliable transportation.
