This role is part of an innovative digital commerce team that excels in merging creativity with data analysis. The team is composed of specialists in Ecommerce, Paid Media, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), collaborating closely with Brand Marketing and Merchandising departments to enhance product narratives across online platforms. In this position, you will report directly to the VP of Digital Commerce.

  • Develop and manage reporting dashboards to generate actionable insights for immediate business opportunities.
  • Lead the sales forecasting process on a monthly and annual basis in partnership with Digital leadership.
  • Leverage analytics tools to assess customer journeys, identify friction points, and uncover opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on Paid Media/CRM marketing, site merchandising, and content with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Create a cohesive measurement framework to inform business decisions.
  • Standardize customer reporting metrics and enhance impact through segmentation and data visualization.
  • Empower cross-functional teams with consistent reporting.
  • Deliver insights through full-funnel analytics to support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop business cases grounded in historical data and market trends.
  • Enhance market insights through market basket analysis and monitoring customer trends.
  • Oversee marketing tracking and customer performance assessments.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $115,000 annually. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
