Marketing Programs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Programs Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Property Management Technologies group, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and lead generation for our expanding suite of technology solutions.

In this role, you will play a critical part in growing our technology business and pipeline through strategic campaigns, email marketing, industry events, webinars, and website optimization. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Programs Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that drive results and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and lead generation
  • Manage all aspects of email marketing programs, including planning, execution, and analysis
  • Support the logistics and execution of industry events, including event strategy, booth setup, and staff management
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to develop demand generation programs
  • Manage and optimize the website to improve user experience and drive conversions
  • Develop and improve website landing pages to align with campaign goals and industry best practices
  • Optimize the website chatbot to enhance lead generation and customer experience
  • Analyze conversion data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize marketing programs
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of B2B or technology marketing experience, ideally in digital marketing or demand generation
  • Experience in areas such as email marketing, SEO/SEM, building landing pages, and event coordination
  • Highly creative with an interest in devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Working knowledge of Marketo or similar marketing automation platform
  • Experience with Salesforce and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics / GA4)
