**Manage Daily Logistics Operations**

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day logistical operations of our organization. This includes managing inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate warehousing activities to optimize storage and retrieval of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Inventory Management**: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate product adjustments and develop plans and schedules for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate warehousing activities to optimize storage and retrieval of goods and ensure timely delivery of goods by addressing and resolving any detention issues that may arise.
  • **Cost Control**: Assist in controlling costs by evaluating shipments, consolidating loads, and selecting the most cost-effective shipping methods in line with Department of Defense guidelines.
  • **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records for receipts, movements, and issuance of Consumption of Materials.
  • **Quality Control**: Inspect products for quality and quantity before transfer and issuance to ensure alignment with Material Records.
Requirements
  • **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 2 years of related work experience.
  • **Skills**: Proficiency in working with Product Receipts and Inductions, including familiarity with SAP Transaction Codes related to Material Transfers, Receipts, Material Pulls, Inspection Notifications, and Material Issuance.
  • **Certifications**: Must be a US Citizen.
