The Marketing Communications Specialist will oversee our integrated communication strategies, enhancing brand visibility for Supply Chain Services (SCS) by distributing promotional content across various channels, crafting marketing initiatives, generating leads, and engaging with industry professionals through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives to showcase our offerings.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness and impact of marketing strategies.
  • Leverage Salesforce for collaboration and campaign management.
  • Develop and administer customer feedback surveys, relaying insights to sales and operations teams.
  • Monitor our corporate website and social media, devising tactics to boost online engagement.
  • Address online customer inquiries promptly.
  • Participate in professional networks to enhance brand recognition.
  • Update and manage the SCS website, creating marketing materials including videos, metatags, and keywords.
  • Coordinate the creation of promotional content for both online and offline distribution.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot/Account Engagement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines with urgency and precision.
  • Proficient in content creation and editing with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
