Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement community campaigns to achieve membership and enrollment goals
  • Develop and execute community events to generate leads and promote health insurance products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and members
  • Contribute to educational campaigns targeting healthcare providers, members, and prospects
  • Prepare detailed reports on project results and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Two-plus years of outside sales and marketing experience, with a focus on managed care and Medicaid products
  • Proven project management experience, with a track record of achieving goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to present Harris Health's mission and products with confidence and professionalism
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a volunteer or paid capacity with underserved communities
  • Knowledge of Social Determinants of Health and their impact on community health
  • Experience developing informational materials and presentations, with a focus on health promotion and public health
  • Spanish language proficiency
