We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Enrollment Coordinator. This role is pivotal in engaging with prospective students and guiding them through their educational journey within the assigned department at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (SHRS). As an integral part of our recruitment efforts, you will be responsible for coordinating various activities, including interacting with prospective students, managing prospects, attending recruitment fairs, and participating in information sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate recruitment and enrollment efforts for all academic programs in the assigned department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit a diverse pool of potential applicants.
  • Correspond and interact with prospective students, applicants, advisors, and others seeking information on admissions standards, academic programs, and student activities following established procedures and precedents.
