Clinical Director

As a Registered Nurse at Prisma Health, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting. This role requires a strong focus on patient-centered care, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Collects data and completes nursing assessments to identify patient needs and priorities.
- Develops and implements individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provides direct care to assigned patients, including delegation of tasks to other healthcare team members as appropriate.
- Monitors patient progress and evaluates the effectiveness of care, making revisions as needed.
- Communicates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse (or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program)
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
