Role SummaryAs a Precision Farming Service Technician, your primary responsibilities will include the installation of advanced precision technology systems and offering comprehensive after-sales technical assistance.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields is preferred.

- Act as a precision product expert, supporting both new and existing customers.
- Ensure a seamless machine delivery experience for customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions on Construction Technology Systems for staff and customers.
- Collaborate with stores and manufacturers to address issues with technology systems.
- Provide technical service and installation for vehicles and equipment.
- Test drive vehicles to confirm optimal performance.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on factory technical bulletins.
- Complete necessary repairs to maintain customer machinery.
- Strive to meet production objectives set by management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by service or branch management.
